Pulse Coach Privacy Policy

Pulse Coach is built so that your health data never leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. Pulse Coach has no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The developer does not receive, store or see any of your data.

Apple Health

With your permission, Pulse Coach reads health data from Apple Health (such as heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, activity and workouts) to calculate recovery, exertion and sleep insights. If you allow it, Pulse Coach saves the bodyweight sessions you finish in the app to Apple Health as workouts.

Health data is processed only on your iPhone and Apple Watch. It is never sent to the developer or to any third party, and it is never used for advertising or sold.

You can change or revoke access at any time in the Health app → Sharing → Apps → Pulse Coach.

AI coaching

Coaching answers are generated on your device by Apple's on-device model (Apple Intelligence) or by built-in rules. Your questions and health data are not sent to any server. The coach does not give medical advice. Talk to a doctor about any health concern.

Data stored on your device

Your journal entries, weekly reports and app settings are stored only on your device, in the app's own storage. Widgets and the Apple Watch app read a summary of your scores from storage shared between Pulse Coach's own apps on your devices. You can delete your journal and reports in Settings → Privacy → Delete on-device journal and reports. Deleting the app removes all of its data. Data in Apple Health is not affected.

Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. The developer receives no payment details, only the anonymous status of your subscription, through Apple's StoreKit.

Children

Pulse Coach is not directed at children under 13.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
